Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. We keep detailed logs of the time we spend on your case. Work logs will be disclosed to all clients upon the closing of a case. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be over-billed for unproductive time. Final bills will include costs for copy, filing, messengers, and third-party research tools. We accept credit cards, debit cards and Paypal. We also offer a Pay Later option through Affirm, where clients are able to finance their legal fees at low monthly rate. Ratliff Law Offices strives to honor our country through a special discount or payment plans for current/former military servicemen and war veterans.
